Do you offer custom pricing?

Yes! Every couple is unique and so are their weddings; what is important for one, isn't always top-priority for another. This means, that with us, you will get an entirely custom and personal experience based on what you truly need throughout the wedding planning process.

How can a wedding planner help us?

As planners, we are very multifaceted in our craft, which allows us to be as creative as the client needs us to be. Our services range from reviewing contracts, planning vision boards, arranging seating charts to even being the middle-man within family dynamics. It's a range from client to client but our skill set allows us to be quick on our feet to handle a variety of different scenarios -- especially the least expected!

When should we hire a planner?

To ensure a stress-free engagement, we always suggest as soon as possible. With just a quick chat, we are able to get us (and you!) a better understanding of the things you're hoping to get out of the wedding planning experience. We can help you find everything from venue to vendors who will bring your vision to life while ensuring the budget isn't compromised on things that neither of you really care about. Although we prefer to be there from the beginning, we realize that it isn't always possible, so we're more than happy to pick up from wherever you are in the process!

How do we book with House of Oak?

After your initial inquiry, we will touch on some key points to get an idea of the type of planning/coordinating service you'll need. Once we determine your wants and wishes, we will send over a custom proposal. If everything meets your needs, then we will send an agreement, followed by a non-refundable booking fee which holds your date. After that, payments may be made towards your grand total and we will begin the planning process accordingly.

How do we know which package is best for us?

Our detailed questionnaire and the initial consultation is all that we'll need to figure out what your expectations (and honest availability) are to plan your big day.
 You're busy! Life is busy! And we totally get that. This allows us to understand exactly where wedding planning fits within your schedule and where we need to come in to help out. We make it a priority for you to remain in complete control, regardless of how hectic life (and planning!) can get!

Most definitely! We have had the pleasure of working with some of the most amazing vendors and venues in the area and we are proud to recommend the ones that will flawlessly fit your wedding!
